- CONSIDER/APPROVE FY2020 OPERATING BUDGET AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN (CIP) AND ORDINANCES REQUIRED BY JULY 1, 2019 TO IMPLEMENT THE BUDGET.
